No Obligation and No Initial Review Fee
There is no charge to schedule an initial coverage review, and there is no obligation to enroll.
Insurance premiums, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and other policy or plan expenses are separate from the initial consultation.
Agent Compensation
Insurance agents may receive compensation from an insurance carrier when a client enrolls in and remains enrolled in a plan or policy.
Clients do not ordinarily pay Elevation Senior Benefits a separate fee for assistance with an insurance enrollment unless a separate written arrangement expressly states otherwise.
Compensation does not increase the client’s insurance premium solely because a licensed agent assisted with the enrollment.
Medicare Advantage and Part D
Medicare Advantage and Medicare prescription-drug plans are offered by private insurance companies approved by Medicare.
Enrollment depends on factors that may include:
- Medicare eligibility
- Service-area availability
- Applicable enrollment periods
- Plan requirements
- Contract renewal
Benefits, premiums, provider networks, pharmacy networks, formularies, deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance may change.
Medicare Supplement Insurance
Medicare Supplement insurance is private insurance designed to supplement Original Medicare.
A Medicare Supplement policy:
- Is not Medicare Advantage
- Does not replace Original Medicare
- Generally does not include outpatient prescription-drug coverage
- May be subject to medical underwriting outside applicable open-enrollment or guaranteed-issue protections
- May vary in premium by carrier, location, rating method, age, and other legally permitted factors
Ancillary Insurance
Dental, vision, hearing, hospital indemnity, cancer, heart attack, stroke, accident, and critical-illness policies are separate insurance products.
These products are not substitutes for comprehensive medical insurance or Medicare.
Coverage may be subject to:
- Waiting periods
- Exclusions
- Benefit reductions
- Preexisting-condition provisions
- Maximum benefit amounts
- Medical underwriting
- State availability
Each product may require a separate application and separate premium.
